# How do I give a team member access to my stores?

Each person on your UniHop Portal account only sees deliveries for the stores assigned to them. If a team member can't see deliveries for a store they work with, an account owner or admin can add that store to their login in about a minute.

### Step 1: Open Manage Users

In the menu on the left, click **Manage Users**.

### Step 2: Find the person and click the pencil

Type their name or email in the search box. On their row, click the **pencil** icon.

### Step 3: Tick the stores they should see

A panel opens on the right. Under **Assigned Locations**, tick each store this person works with. To give them every store on your account, tick **Select All**.

**Leave the box next to each store blank.** Blank keeps their current access level. Choosing a role in that box changes what they're allowed to do at that store. You can also skip **Custom Permissions**.

### Step 4: Click Save Changes

Click **Save Changes** at the bottom of the panel. Their row in Manage Users now lists the stores you assigned.

### Step 5: Ask them to refresh

Have them refresh the page, or log out and back in. Deliveries for their stores will now show up.

### Opening a new store later?

New stores aren't added to team members automatically, even if you used Select All before. When you add a location, come back to Manage Users and tick it for each person who needs it.
