# How do I log in to the UniHop Portal?

Log in at [portal.unihop.app/login](https://portal.unihop.app/login) with the email address on your UniHop account and your password.

### New to UniHop?

If your business doesn't have a UniHop account yet, create one at [portal.unihop.app/register](https://portal.unihop.app/register). You can also click **Register** on the sign-in page.

### Were you invited by someone on your team?

If your manager or account owner added you, you'll get an invite email from UniHop. Click the link in that email to activate your account and choose your password. After that, log in at [portal.unihop.app/login](https://portal.unihop.app/login) like normal.

If the link has expired, ask the person who invited you to resend it from **Manage Users**.

### I didn't receive the invite email. What do I do?

* Check your spam or junk folder
* Make sure the person who invited you used the right email address
* Ask them to resend the invite
* If it still doesn't arrive, message us in the chat and we'll sort it out
