# How does UniHop work for shopping orders?

UniHop helps you send or receive items through local drivers. You place a delivery request, and we match it with a driver who can complete it.

### Details

UniHop is a delivery management service that connects your order with available drivers in your area. You don’t need to coordinate with drivers yourself—we monitor the drivers every step of the way.

###### Here’s how it works:

1. **Place a request**
Enter your pickup and drop-off details, along with any instructions.
2. **Choose a delivery style**
Select the option that fits your needs, such as standard or more time-sensitive delivery.
3. **Driver is assigned**
We match your request with a driver who can complete the job.
4. **Pickup and delivery**
The driver picks up your item and delivers it to the drop-off location.
