# What’s Included in the Delivery Fee?

The delivery fee covers the basic service of picking up and delivering your order, but additional charges may apply depending on the request.

### Details

UniHop’s delivery fee generally covers the core service needed to complete your delivery, including:
* Driver pickup and drop-off service
* Standard delivery handling
* Delivery Management and logistics coordination

Additional charges may apply in certain situations, such as:
* Tolls or parking fees
* Long-distance deliveries
* Special handling or more complex delivery needs

||| For Shoppers: The base delivery charge covers up to 14.99 miles. Beginning at 15 miles, a long-distance fee of $1 per additional mile applies on top of the base delivery charge. For example, a 28.62-mile delivery may incur a $14 long-distance fee. Before checkout, you may also see a notice asking you to agree to applicable long-distance charges before submitting your request.
