How do I get a delivery quote for my business?
Business delivery isn't one-size-fits-all — the right setup depends on what you're delivering, how often, and what happens when something goes wrong. Our Sales team will help you figure that out, then give you an accurate estimate based on your actual needs.
What makes UniHop different for businesses
UniHop isn't just a courier. Every delivery is actively monitored by a real dispatch team — so if something looks off mid-route, it gets handled before it becomes your problem. You're not dispatching and crossing your fingers. Someone's watching.
That monitoring, combined with access to a broad driver network and multiple delivery styles, is what makes UniHop a fit for businesses that care about what actually happens after an order leaves the door.
Delivery styles we support
Depending on your needs, we'll recommend one of the following:
Standard — On-demand or scheduled delivery for everyday orders. Great for smaller items, flexible windows, and high-volume businesses that need reliable coverage without a premium price.
Special Handling — For catering, high-value items, fragile products, or anything where presentation matters. Drivers are pre-assigned and the delivery is treated accordingly.
Oversize — For furniture, equipment, and large or heavy items that need the right vehicle — SUV, cargo van, or box truck.
Routed — For businesses with recurring multi-stop deliveries, like meal prep services or retail distribution. Routes are optimized for cost and efficiency, and drivers can become familiar with your stops over time.
What we'll cover on the call
A typical first conversation is about 15–30 minutes. We'll ask a few straightforward things:
- What you're delivering and roughly how often
- Where deliveries are going (distance, geography, number of stops)
- Any time sensitivity or handling requirements
- Whether you're starting fresh or supplementing an existing delivery setup
That's enough for us to recommend the right delivery style, talk through pricing structure, and give you a realistic estimate. Businesses with higher volume (roughly 300+ deliveries per month) may also qualify for volume pricing — something we can discuss on the call.
You can also explore our Delivery Planner tool to get a sense of what style and vehicle might fit your orders before we talk.
