How do I set up batch or recurring deliveries?

You can schedule batch deliveries (many deliveries at once) or recurring deliveries (daily/weekly repeats) by using the Batch/Recurring delivery request form and uploading the CSV template provided there. We can set up deliveries in advance — even weeks or months ahead.

Details

Step-by-step: Set up batch or recurring deliveries (CSV upload)

Step 1) Open the Batch/Recurring form
  1. Open the Batch/Recurring delivery request form.
  2. Choose the option for Multiple Deliveries / Batch / Recurring (wording may vary).

Step 2) Download the right CSV template
  1. In the form, download the CSV template.
  2. Pick the template that matches your delivery type:
  3. Standard (most deliveries)
  4. Special Handling (catering/delicate)

Templates can look slightly different depending on which one you choose. The column order typically doesn’t matter, but the formatting and character limits do.

Step 3) Fill out the CSV (use this checklist)

Open the CSV file and fill in one row per delivery.

A. Delivery timing (important)
  • Delivery Mode: set to scheduled
  • Pickup Start Datetime: enter your pickup start time using one of these supported formats:

MM/dd/yy HH:mm:ss, MM/dd/yy HH:mm, M/d/yyyy H:mm:ss, M/d/yyyy H:mm, M/d/yyyy h:mm a, M/d/yyyy h:mm:ss a

  • Pickup End Datetime: leave blank (auto-filled)
  • Dropoff Start Datetime: leave blank (auto-filled)
  • Dropoff End Datetime: enter your drop-off end time using the same supported formats above

B. Pickup details
  • Pickup Address: Use this format: [Number] [Street], [Second Line], [city], [state], [zip code]

All fields are required except the Second Line.

If needed, use Second Line for Apt/Suite/Unit/#.

  • Pickup First Name: max 80 characters
  • Pickup Last Name: max 80 characters
  • Pickup Business Name: max 80 characters
  • Pickup Phone Number: include the full phone number
  • Pickup Instructions: max 240 characters (ex: where to park, who to ask for, pickup code, release steps)

C. Drop-off details
  • Dropoff Address: same formatting rules as pickup address
  • Dropoff First Name: max 80 characters
  • Dropoff Last Name: max 80 characters
  • Dropoff Business Name: max 80 characters
  • Dropoff Phone Number: include the full phone number
  • Dropoff Instructions: max 280 characters (ex: room number, elevator access, front desk, where to place items)

D. Package + delivery requirements
  • Package Description: max 280 characters
  • Package Value: numbers only
  • Package Tip: numbers only
  • Load Count: set to 1
  • Package Minimum Vehicle Size: sedan
  • Package Requirements: photo_proof_of_delivery
  • Delivery Style: choose one:
  1. Standard
  2. Special Handling (catering/delicate)
  3. Over-Size (reach out to Support for guidance)

Reminder: If your template shows bold values, keep those entries exactly as shown in the template.

Step 4) Upload the CSV and submit the request
  • Go back to the form.
  • Select Multiple Deliveries > Upload CSV File.
  • Upload your completed CSV.
  • Submit the form.

Helpful tips

Before you submit:
  • Double-check addresses and time windows.
  • Add building access info (gate code, suite #, loading dock, parking notes).
  • If pickup requires special release steps (pickup code, order number, confirmation name, etc.), include them clearly in the instructions fields.

After you submit:
  • We’ll use your CSV details to set up deliveries in advance.
  • If you have extra information that helps pickup succeed, you can share it with Support (examples):
  • - screenshots of ready-for-pickup confirmations
  • - pickup codes/order numbers
  • - store messages about release requirements or pickup location
  • If your pickups become available at a specific time, consider using scheduled delivery so pickup happens within your preferred window.

What UniHop is/isn’t

  • A delivery platform that can help set up multiple deliveries in advance, including batch routes and recurring schedules.
  • Unihop is not a substitute for merchant/store fulfillment (we rely on accurate pickup readiness and release policies).
