Can I edit a delivery request after it has been submitted?

Yes, businesses may update or cancel delivery requests depending on the delivery status.


Details


For business accounts, you may update certain delivery details, such as delivery time, recipient information, or instructions, directly through your dashboard.


If you need to make changes that cannot be edited, you may cancel the delivery and submit a new request with the correct details.


If the delivery is already en route (driver assigned or item picked up), changes may be limited. In this case, please contact our Support team through the UniHop platform or email support@unihop.app so we can coordinate with the assigned driver.


Please note that updates at this stage will depend on feasibility and the driver’s availability. If changes require additional time or distance (such as a new address), additional compensation may be needed. All updates are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Review all delivery details before submitting a request
  • Update or cancel as early as possible
  • Contact Support immediately if the delivery is already en route
