How can I have customers leave feedback on my Google Reviews page after a delivery?

You can ask support to connect your Google Reviews page to your feedback settings (or any other review site you prefer). You will need your Google review link to get it set up.

UniHop allows you to collect customer feedback through a Google Reviews link. This makes it easier for customers to leave reviews after a delivery.
To set it up, you need to provide your Google review link. It usually looks like this: https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=
If you don't already have your Google Review link, you can find it in your Google Business Profile:

Sign in to your Google Business Profile.
Click Ask for Reviews.
Copy the review link provided by Google.

We can also direct customers to other review platforms, such as Yelp, Trustpilot, Facebook Reviews, or any other review page of your choice. Simply provide the review link you'd like to use, and we'll configure it accordingly.

Once added, customers can be directed to your Google Reviews page after completing a delivery. This helps you collect feedback in one place.
If the link is not correct or incomplete, the setup may not work properly. Make sure you copy the full link from your Google Business Profile.
