How do I export my delivery history from the UniHop Portal?

The new portal lets you export a record of your deliveries — useful for reporting, accounting, or keeping your own records.

How do I run an export?

1. Go to “Deliveries” in the main navigation
2. Use the date range and location filters to select the orders you want to export
3. Click "Download" in the top right corner
4. Choose your format (CSV or Excel) and click "Download"

What data is included in the export?

• Order ID and date placed
• Pickup and drop-off addresses
• Delivery style
• Status
• Pickup and drop-off times
• Driver name
• Delivery cost and tip

Can I export data from multiple locations at once?

Yes. Leave the location filter set to "All Locations" before running your export. The location will be included as a column in the exported file.

Is there a limit on how far back I can export?

No. Your full order history is available for export. For large date ranges, the file may take a few seconds to generate.
