How do I view and track my orders in the new portal?

The new portal gives you a much more complete picture of each delivery — from the moment you place an order to delivery confirmation.
You can view and track your deliveries directly from the Deliveries section of the portal.

Here’s how:

  1. Open the Deliveries page from the portal dashboard.
  2. Use the tabs to filter your orders:
  • All – View all deliveries
  • Upcoming – View scheduled or ongoing deliveries
  • Past – View completed deliveries
  • Custom – Filter deliveries by a specific date range
  1. Use the search bar to quickly find a delivery.
  2. You can also filter deliveries by:
  • Location
  • Status

When do orders appear in my account?

Immediately. As soon as an order is placed, it appears in your portal under Orders. You no longer need to wait for the order to be dispatched before it shows up.

What information is available on the order detail page?

  • Order ID, status, and creation date
  • Pickup and dropoff details, including contacts, addresses, phone numbers, and delivery notes
  • Delivery window
  • Business location assignment
  • Package details (description, declared value, signature requirement, and vehicle size)
  • Delivery summary (distance, delivery style, total cost, and tip if applicable)
  • Order timeline showing status updates from placement through completion
  • Driver information and pickup/dropoff timestamps (when available)
  • Actions such as Track Delivery, Copy Link, Report Issue, Download Receipt, and Cancel Order (when eligible)
  • Proof of delivery photo

Can I see where my driver is in real time?

Yes. The order detail page includes a live map showing the driver's location during an active delivery. You and your customers will also receive a tracking link via SMS.

Can I filter or search my order history?

Yes. The Orders page lets you filter by date range, location, and status, and search by order details. You can also export your delivery history — see the separate article on exporting for instructions.
