Yes, changes may be possible depending on the status of your delivery.

If you need to update your delivery details (such as address, recipient name, contact number, delivery time, or instructions), please contact our Support team through the UniHop platform or email support@unihop.app.
Our team will review your request and guide you based on the current status of your delivery.
If the order has not yet been picked up, changes are usually easier to apply.
If the delivery is already en route (driver assigned or item picked up), changes may be limited.
