Can I make changes to my delivery after placing an order?

Yes, changes may be possible depending on the status of your delivery.

If you need to update your delivery details (such as address, recipient name, contact number, delivery time, or instructions), please contact our Support team through the UniHop platform or email support@unihop.app.


Our team will review your request and guide you based on the current status of your delivery.


If the order has not yet been picked up, changes are usually easier to apply.


If the delivery is already en route (driver assigned or item picked up), changes may be limited. 


Please note that any updates—especially address changes—will depend on the driver’s discretion. If the updated details require additional time or distance, additional compensation may be recommended. All updates are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on feasibility.

  • Submit changes as early as possible
  • Contact Support immediately if your order is already en route
