How do I fill out the in-store pickup order form?

How do I fill out the in-store pickup order form?

Here are the instructions for how to take a receipt or order confirmation to place a UniHop order to have it delivered to you.

First, have your store order confirmation open while you fill this in.

Store and pickup location. The specific store holding your order — not the branch nearest you. If you ordered from across town because that's where the stock was, use that address.

Pickup name and order number. Copy these exactly as the store has them. If the order is under someone else's name, use theirs, not yours.

Pickup code, barcode, or confirmation email. Some stores scan a barcode or QR code at handover. Attach a screenshot when placing the order, or send the barcode, photo, or confirmation email through live chat after submitting it. We will share it with the assigned driver. A screenshot is fine. Without this information, stores that require it may not release the order.

If pickup requires identification, check the store's third-party pickup policy before ordering. A digital copy may be accepted by some stores, while others require the physical ID. If the store accepts a copy, send the pickup confirmation or barcode and ID copy through live chat as instructed; do not send ID directly to the driver unless specifically authorized.

What's in the order. A short description is enough, but mention anything that changes how it travels: frozen or chilled, glass, a cake, oversized, or heavy, or any handling instructions, especially for special handling orders.

Drop-off address and contact number. Usually yours. If it's going to someone else, give their number. For an office, hotel, or venue, add the name it should be left under.

When you need it. Choose ASAP, or schedule it. If the store gave you a pickup window, schedule for just after it opens.

Before you submit, make sure the order is paid in full and the store has confirmed it is ready for pickup — not just that the order was received. Those are different states, and a driver arriving before the order is packed is the most common reason a pickup fails.
