How do I guarantee a VIP driver for my shopping order?

You can't guarantee a specific driver, but you can request white-glove service for important pickups. This routes your order to a smaller pool of specialized drivers.

"VIP driver" isn't something you can pick by name. What you can do is choose a delivery style that's handled only by white-glove drivers, who typically manage more sensitive or high-priority pickups.

To do this, use this link and select Oversize when asked to choose a delivery style. This sends your order to white-glove drivers only.

If you've already placed your order through standard delivery and completed payment, you don't need to start over. Contact support, and they can upgrade your order to special handling.
