How do I log in to the UniHop Portal?

New to UniHop?

If your business doesn't have a UniHop account yet, create one at portal.unihop.app/register. You can also click Register on the sign-in page.

Were you invited by someone on your team?

If your manager or account owner added you, you'll get an invite email from UniHop. Click the link in that email to activate your account and choose your password. After that, log in at portal.unihop.app/login like normal.

If the link has expired, ask the person who invited you to resend it from Manage Users.

I didn't receive the invite email. What do I do?

Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure the person who invited you used the right email address
Ask them to resend the invite
If it still doesn't arrive, message us in the chat and we'll sort it out
