How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, use the password reset link. After submitting your request, check your email for the reset link. If you do not receive it, check your spam or junk folder, or try another email address you may have used before.

If you cannot log in to your UniHop account, you can request a password reset using the link above.


The reset email should usually arrive within a few minutes. If you do not see it, try the following:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
  • Search your inbox for emails from UniHop
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Try another email address you may have previously used with UniHop

If you submit multiple reset requests, use the most recent email you receive, as older reset links may no longer work.
