How to request delivery from Too Good To Go app using UniHop?

You can use UniHop to deliver your Too Good To Go order by placing your order in their app first, then requesting a delivery through UniHop.

Here’s how to do it step by step:

1. Place your order in the Too Good To Go app

Choose your store and select pickup as the option.

2. Wait until your order is ready

Make sure the pickup window is active before requesting delivery.

3. Request a delivery on UniHop

Go to unihop.app and enter:

• The store’s pickup address
• Your delivery address
• Any special instructions

4. Driver picks up and delivers your order

We’ll assign a driver to collect the order and bring it to you.

Important to know:

• When the driver arrives, update your Too Good To Go order to “Pickup Confirmed”
• Send a screenshot to UniHop Support so it can be shared with the assigned driver. You can also send it directly to the driver if they’ve contacted you.
• This step is required so the store can release the order to the driver
