What is the driver's ETA?

You’ll see the driver’s ETA after the order is picked up. A tracking link will be sent to you via text message.


Details


Once a driver is assigned and picks up your order, you’ll receive a text message with a tracking link. This link shows the driver’s location, estimated arrival time, and delivery progress.


The ETA updates in real time based on:


  • Distance between pickup and dropoff
  • Traffic conditions
  • Any delays during the delivery


Before pickup, an exact ETA may not be available yet since the driver is still being assigned or en route to the store.


What’s Next


Wait for the tracking link after pickup, then use it to follow your delivery.


If you haven’t received a link after some time, reach out to Support with your order details so they can check the status for you.
