What is the order flow for shopping deliveries?

After an order is placed, it is sent to nearby drivers for acceptance. You receive updates by text, including confirmation, tracking, and delivery completion.

Details

1. Once a shopping delivery order is created, it enters the driver network. Nearby drivers are notified and can accept the job.
2. When a driver accepts the order, you receives a text confirmation. This lets you know the delivery is officially in progress.
3. After the driver picks up the order, live tracking becomes available through the map on the tracking link.  You will also receive text updates as the delivery moves along.
4. The process continues until the order is delivered and marked complete. You’ll get a final update once the delivery is finished.

Check your phone for confirmation texts after placing an order.

Use the tracking link to follow the delivery once it has been picked up.
