What name should be used for in-store pickup?

You can use your own name. Drivers can confirm pickup details with the store if needed.

When placing an order for delivery, you may use your own name for in-store pickup. This helps the store identify the order more easily.

Drivers will arrive at the store and confirm the pickup using the provided order details, such as:

  • Customer name
  • Order number (if available)
  • Store instructions(email confirmation)


It’s important to ensure that the name used matches the one provided to the store to avoid any delays or confusion during pickup.

Before requesting delivery, please make sure to:

  1. Use the same name provided to the store
  2. Include the order number or reference, if available, in the package description box
  3. Confirm that the order is ready for pickup
  4. Check whether the store has any additional requirements for releasing the order
  • If the store requires proof of identification, please verify whether a photocopy or digital copy will be accepted. If a physical ID is required, we may not be able to proceed with the delivery.
  • If a copy is allowed, please contact support and provide a screenshot of the pickup confirmation email or barcode, along with a copy of your ID (if needed).
