After your delivery is completed, you’ll receive a link where you can add an extra tip for your driver or leave feedback about your experience.

Once your order is marked as completed, UniHop will send a follow-up link shortly after delivery. This link is typically the main way to:
- Leave an extra tip for your driver
- Rate your delivery experience
- Share feedback about the service
Tipping is optional. It can be a thoughtful way to thank your driver—especially in cases such as:
- Smooth and timely deliveries
- Complex or large orders
- Long-distance or time-sensitive requests
- Situations where the driver went above and beyond
Your feedback is very important. It helps us improve the overall service and recognize drivers who provided a great experience.
