UniHop operates 24/7, and live Support is available daily from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM EDT.

UniHop’s platform is available anytime, so you can create, schedule, and manage deliveries any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

This allows you to:

  • book deliveries anytime
  • schedule same-day or future deliveries
  • arrange pickups and drop-offs based on your needs


For Live Support:


We can help with:

  • order updates and tracking
  • dispatch concerns
  • delivery issues or escalations
  • general service questions


Outside support hours, deliveries may still continue as scheduled, but responses to chats or inquiries may wait until support becomes available again.
