How soon will I get my refund?
Refunds aren’t processed in real time. If a delivery needs to be canceled, is significantly delayed, or arrives with damage or missing items, Support can submit a refund/claim request for review. You’ll receive an update within 1–3 business days, and if approved, the refund typically appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Details
For any circumstance in which an order needs to be canceled, there were delays, or the item was damaged upon delivery, Support will submit a refund/claim request detailing the reason and circumstances. UniHop may request supporting evidence and complete an internal review before approving a refund or credit.
Refund request deadline
Refund or reimbursement requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date to be considered. Requests submitted after this window may be denied.
How long does it take?
Once all required information has been received:
- Reviews typically take 1–3 business days.
- If approved, refunds to the original payment method may take another 5–10 business days to appear (depending on your bank/card issuer).
- Account credits (if issued) may appear sooner.
