Is proof of delivery available?
Yes. All UniHop deliveries require proof of delivery, usually in the form of a delivery photo. A signature can also be requested for added confirmation.

Proof of delivery is required for all UniHop deliveries and includes, at minimum, a delivery photo confirming successful completion, whether the order is handed directly to the customer or left as a contactless drop-off.
A signature can also be requested if additional confirmation is needed. This may be especially helpful for high-value, sensitive, or recipient-specific deliveries.
If a signature is requested but cannot be obtained, the driver may not be able to complete the delivery as instructed and may initiate a return instead. In that case, the order will be returned to the pickup location, and a return fee may apply.
It is also important to make sure the drop-off phone number on file is active and reachable. Prompt responses to calls or text messages from UniHop or the driver can help prevent delays and improve the chances of a successful drop-off. Clear communication and coordination are key to completing the delivery smoothly.
To help avoid delivery issues, make sure any special requirements, including signature requests, are clearly included when submitting the order.
