What happens if a driver gets in an accident?

If a driver is involved in an accident while handling your delivery, we'll do our best to send another driver to recover the package and complete the delivery. If that's not possible, your order will be refunded according to our refund policy.

Driver safety always comes first. If an accident happens during a delivery, we'll assess the situation and determine whether another driver can safely pick up the package and continue the delivery.

If a replacement driver is available, your order will continue, although it may be delayed.

If the package cannot be recovered or the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be canceled and refunded based on our refund policy. We'll also keep you updated if the accident affects your delivery.
