What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel an order, but a fee may apply depending on its status. If no driver is assigned yet, you can cancel without any charges.

Cancellation fees depend on how far along the delivery is.
- No driver assigned (Standard orders)
You can cancel anytime with no fee.
- Driver already assigned (Standard orders)
This may vary depending on the requested vehicle type. Please see below for reference.

- Driver Already Assigned (Special Handling Orders)
These orders are assigned to pre-scheduled or preassigned drivers. Cancellation fees may vary and typically apply when the order is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- If the driver has not yet started heading to the pickup location: $15
- If the driver is already en route or has arrived at the pickup location: $25
