What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel an order, but a fee may apply depending on its status. If no driver is assigned yet, you can cancel without any charges.

Cancellation fees depend on how far along the delivery is.


  1. No driver assigned (Standard orders)

You can cancel anytime with no fee.

  1. Driver already assigned (Standard orders)

This may vary depending on the requested vehicle type. Please see below for reference.

  1. Driver Already Assigned (Special Handling Orders)

These orders are assigned to pre-scheduled or preassigned drivers. Cancellation fees may vary and typically apply when the order is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • If the driver has not yet started heading to the pickup location: $15
  • If the driver is already en route or has arrived at the pickup location: $25


Once a driver is assigned, they may already be preparing for the pickup or heading to the location. In some cases, drivers may have already arrived and attempted to collect the order. The fee helps compensate them for their time, fuel, and effort. 


All cancellations are reviewed to determine if any fees apply.
